The RAMP PM Methodology includes four basic Project Management processes; Initiating, Planning, Executing, and Closing. Within each phase, project management principles and SDLC concepts are adapted to ensure quality and stability. In addition, each phase listed below contains a series of deliverable’s and project reports to maintain ample communication with stakeholders and the project team.
